In China, the HEC Paris EMBA is delivered under the auspices of SASAC and NDRC in Beijing and Shanghai respectively.
The SASAC is the investor on behalf of the state; it supervises and manages assets of the state-owned enterprises; and guides the reform and restructuring of SOEs.
The NDRC is a macroeconomic management agency under the State Council, which studies and formulates policies for economic and social development, maintains a balance of economic aggregates and guides the overall economic system restructuring.
