Funding your HEC Paris EMBA
The decision to embark on the HEC Paris EMBA represents a commitment of both time and money. Participants should consider multiple funding options such as company sponsorship, government or private loans, or personal savings and investments.
Having a comfortable supply of funds at the start of the Executive MBA is particularly important as well, since it will be a time of unexpected expenses and initial costs such as accommodation deposits and course materials.

Tax reduction option:
In some countries it is possible to reduce your taxable income by undertaking an Executive Education Program.
For all of the following options it is best to speak with a tax advisor or national tax office regarding the possibility.
If you reside in a country not listed it may still be possible to deduct the cost of education from your income taxes,
just consult a tax advisor to discover your options.
- France & Germany - the "real expenses" option allows you to deduct tuition fees, travel expenses and accommodations when filing your income taxes.
- Australia - the participant can claim "self education" expenses related to work as an employee while you were studying.
- Luxembourg - the costs associated with the Executive Education program can be declared as "expenses of obtaining".
